2. You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a project inquiry or entering into an engagement.
3. You agree not to misrepresent the nature, scope, or ownership of any project materials you share with us.
4. You must not use any portion of our website or deliverables in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. You agree to communicate with us in good faith and to raise any concerns or disputes through the contact channels provided.
6. Any content you provide as part of an engagement (code, assets, documentation) must be either your own or properly licensed for our use.

The following are strictly prohibited in connection with this website and our services:

1. Submitting false identity or contact information in communications.
2. Engaging our services for purposes that violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
3. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary methodologies, tools, or internal processes.
4. Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward any representative of Slipstream.
5. Using deliverables in projects intended to harm users or engage in deceptive practices.

1. Slipstream provides development services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that deliverables will be free of errors or will achieve any specific commercial outcome for your project.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to lost revenue or missed deadlines caused by factors outside our control.
3. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
4. We do not warrant that this website will remain available at all times or that its content will always be error-free.
5. You acknowledge that game development outcomes depend on many variables outside our scope and that deliverables are subject to your own technical environment and implementation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slipstream and its representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of deliverables, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This obligation survives the conclusion of any engagement.

Slipstream will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure outages, illness, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resume normal service as soon as reasonably possible.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slipstream operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or an engagement with Slipstream should first be raised directly with us through the contact form. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it informally.
3. If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in the appropriate jurisdiction.
4. If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply in full (severability).

Slipstream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. For ongoing engagements, we will notify you directly of any changes that affect the terms of our agreement. Your continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
